Our client based in Glasgow City Centre is looking to add a Complaints Adviser to their growing team.

You will have previous experience within the claims arena (property claims experience essential) and you will be adept at taking a caring and empathetic approach towards clients.

You will be more than comfortable handling complaints and providing a quick response to incoming enquiries.

How your day will look:

  • Handling incoming complaints

  • Managing incoming enquiries and providing a helpful approach

  • Collating and sharing complaint information with other teams

  • Ensuring a resolution is met within agreed time-frame

  • Keeping clients up to date

  • Following up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the achieved outcome

  • Ensuring the client is kept up to date at each stage of the claim process

  • Delivering exceptional service and communicating in a clear and concise manner

  • Keying accurate information into the client database, including follow up notes and diary entries

Essential skills:

  • Taking pride in your customer service skills

  • Showing great empathy towards your clients

  • Previous claims handling experience

  • Positive attitude and desire to go the extra mile for each client

  • Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment

  • A working knowledge of Regulatory Complaints and Compliance as it applies to the insurance industry

This role will suit confident and articulate individuals who are keen to deliver the highest levels of customer service. Hours of work are 9- 5 pm Monday to Friday. Training will be provided.
