Office hours; 9-5.30pm Monday - Friday

Supporting the Customer Division and Order Processing side of the business along with completing all relevant administration with accuracy. Training will be provided on the product and procedures, you just need the enthusiasm and take pride in your customer service skills!

Key elements of the role

  • Acting as a customer's internal point of contact, ensuring customers' requirements are met and all orders are dealt with efficiently.

  • Liaising with planning and production teams to negotiate production and delivery dates.

  • Dealing with both new projects and repeat orders for the customer from beginning to end.

  • Supporting both External Sales and External Account Managers with their internal admin.

  • Communicating and updating progress with external Sales Manager/s on a daily basis.
