Location: Bournemouth Area (working remotely to begin with)

Type: Initially temporary with the view to be made a permanent employee!

We are delighted to be working with a forward thinking and fast paced business in their search for a Call Centre Manager. Our client is a market leader, with national presence and an excellent reputation for it's customer focus. This company is looking for someone very people orientated who understands the genuine importance of customer service… someone who can run a team that oozes compassion and professionalism.

Your role:

  • Line management for a team of Advisers (inbound and outbound calls, live chat, web enquiries, emails)

  • Staff rotas, coaching, training, holiday management, performance management

  • Process implementation and streamlining to maintaining and improve overall customer experience


  • Passionate about running a Customer Service team

  • Proven experience with telephone systems/call centre

  • Ability to manage people and build relationships both professionally and personally

  • Robust and resourceful - this is a fast paced role and you will need to be driven to roll up your sleeves.

  • People coordinator - you will be solely responsible for staff rotas

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business where people are at the very heart of what they do. Interviews are being held over Skype this week and the successful person will be initially set up to work from home. In light of Covid-19 and governmental regulations, you will eventually be working out of the Bournemouth offices.
