JOB TITLE: Customer Service Assistant / Front of House


LOCATION: Shepton Mallet Outskirts


HOURS: 35 hours per week, 9am - 3pm / 4pm Monday to Friday and every other weekend. (Would consider just Monday to Friday)


SALARY: £9.50 - £11 Per Hour DOE

THE ROLE: To provide a welcoming, friendly, approachable and professional front of house service to visitors.


KEY DUTIES:



  • Meeting and greeting customers.

  • Showing customers to their table.

  • Taking orders using a tablet.

  • Relaying any customer orders to the kitchen.

  • Dealing with any customer queries.

  • Updating the booking system.


THE CANDIDATE:


The successful applicant will have a naturally friendly and approachable demeanour, excellent customer care skills and be polite, professional and presentable. Ideally you will have a background in a similar role or within the hospitality industry, but if you have good transferable skills and the right customer focused attitude then we would love to hear from you.
