I'm currently looking for personable, empathetic, and people-focused candidates who have great attention to detail and love to build relationships. Our client delivers personal healthcare supplies, and they are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their busy and growing team. You will be the first point of call for queries so you'll be confident on the phone and dedicated to resolving issues, all whilst being part of a supportive team.

Hours - The two options available are Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) or Friday to Tuesday (35.5 hours), both with shift times ranging between 08:00 - 16:00 and 09:30 - 17:30 on a rota pattern. Sundays will always be 10:00 - 16:00.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Resolve and answer incoming email and phone queries

  • Investigate any discrepancies, keeping the customer updated at each stage

  • Keep all relevant systems updated throughout each query

  • Clear telephone voice with great communication skills, ideally with call centre experience

  • People focused approach to your work
