We are recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Person to be part of a team based in Wigston to assist in the everyday administrative duties to enable the smooth management of Digital Accounts across all brands working Monday - Friday.

As the Customer Service Advisor your duties are listed below

  • As part of the Customer Service Team ensure all necessary sales order data is inputted & maintained on computer systems, taking calls and resolving customer queries

  • Complete quotation form listings for all models highlighting any changes be it for price, box code or line status

  • Provide Sample Advice Notes and Proposition Grids of each model for sign off if required

  • Complete set up Forms/grids for selected models within the defined timeframe with all relevant watch attributes duly noted. Orders labels where required

  • Produce & maintain price schedules as requested

  • Stay abreast of distribution to digital accounts - aiding fulfilment when required in full and on time

  • Aid in new customer set up documentation, ensuring supplier manual is signed up to whilst also being aware of key Ts+Cs, global delivery (& specific new EU requirements)

  • Assist the Accounts Department to resolve any account issues for the team.

  • Electronically file all necessary account information

  • Also help prepare for all key digital meetings as required for all brands

  • When needed also assist with solving direct consumer queries
