Customer Service Advisor (temporary - Immediate Start)

My Nelson based client, a market leading company within their field who develop, manufacture and supply goods to a wide variety of clientele, is looking for an enthusiastic and empathetic customer service representative to assist their busy team on a temporary basis.

The main function of the role will be to respond to customer queries using: social media platforms, telephone and email and therefore effective communication is of paramount importance. English literacy and language is absolutely essential.

Duties will include:

  • Responding to customer queries on social media platforms, email and phone.

  • Replying to customer disputes

  • Working closely with other departments

  • Liaising daily with the warehouse team to ensure order issues are resolved

  • Giving feedback to your manager on customer trends and reoccurring issues to drive improvements

  • Proactively manage and engage with the social media community in the UK and other countries

  • Managing all translation

The ideal candidate:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • University degree (Desirable)

  • Excellent IT skills

  • Monday- Sunday (shifts between 8am - 8pm)
