Role: Customer Services Advisor


Location: Solihull


Salary: £17,000 - £22,000


Hours: 09:00-17:30 Monday - Friday


Duration: Permanent



Do you offer first class Customer Service? Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Are you a strong communicator? Do you have a keen eye for detail? Then this role might be for you, working as a Customer Support Advisor you will become an integral part of the business, ensuring the smooth running of the customer service team.



The main responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:



  • First point of contact for customers

  • Manage all customer queries

  • Outbound calls to customers

  • Build relationships with and manage key accounts



  • Providing information on company products and services to the customer

  • Dealing with customer complaints where required

  • Completing Sales Order Forms

  • Carrying Out Account Reviews and monthly calls for all accounts

  • Assisting Accounts Department with queries

  • General Administrative tasks


Key Skills and Experience for the Customer Service Administrator:



  • Strong communicator with excellent telephone manner

  • Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Packages, Salesforce would be desirable

  • A flexible work approach

  • Ability to work within a small team
