Customer Service Advisor

Office Angels are recruiting on behalf of our client in Rotherham who have gone from strength to strength and are looking to expand. Our client is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy Service department. Customer Service Advisor

Rotherham based office - Work from home

£18,000pa - £19,000pa

21 days holiday plus bank holidays

  • Answering customer queries via phone and email

  • Delivering first class customer service

  • Inputting of customer orders and quotes

  • Work with other departments in order to provide excellent customer service

  • Ensure queries are followed and resolved in a timely manner

  • Inputting accurate information and ensure systems are updated

  • Liaising with engineers and ensuring service visits are well organised

Experience required:

  • Previous experience of working in a busy customer service environment

  • The ability to build relationships with customers

  • Experience working in a Service department would be an advantage

  • The ability to manage and priorities own workload
