Customer Service Advisor

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors for a prestigious Manchester based organisation. These roles will be for an initial 6 month temporary contract with a strong possibility of contract extensions and/or permanent opportunities for those performing well. Roles will be a mixture of office and home working and full IT equipment will be provided. Working days are Monday - Friday between the hours of 8-6, 36 hours per week.

The customer service and administration team deal with a high volume of telephone and email queries on a daily basis. This role is to provide outstanding customer service both oral and written in line with company guidelines.
The main duties of the role are as follows:
- Provide a high quality of service to internal and external customers
- Understand and complete processes in accordance with guidelines
- Use a number of of IS systems to record information and complete tasks accurately
- Meet and exceed agreed KPIs

Candidates for this role will have strong customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre environment. You will be highly personable and will be able to engage customers on the phone in a friendly yet professional manner. You will be happy to take ownership of queries and problems and ensure that these are followed through to resolution. Strong IT skills are a must as is the ability to pick up new systems and procedures quickly. These roles are due to start at the end of May, therefore you must be available for an immediate start.
