Responsibilities:



  • Delivering exceptional customer service across all areas.

  • Handling customer calls and email enquiries, resolving issues efficiently.

  • Taking ownership of individual enquiries and requests using a ticketing system.

  • Answering product queries, dealing with faulty items, booking deliveries and collections and applying promotions.

  • Upholding the company's reputation and instilling confidence in their products and services.


Requirements:



  • Previous experience in customer service or call centre environment.

  • Solid work history

  • Proficiency in using a ticketing system.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated commitment to both internal and external customer service excellence.

  • Commercial awareness in decision-making and actions.

  • High level of integrity and trust.

  • Proactive attitude with a sense of ownership.


Job Details:



  • Office-based position located in Eccles.

  • After probation there will be some ability to work from home although the team genuinely love being in the office together!

  • Full-time, permanent role with 37.5 hours per week.

  • Shifts between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday

  • Free office parking available.

  • Competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £30,000 per year.

  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with an additional day earned per year up to 28 days.
