Salary - £22,000 rising to £25,000 after probation + bonus


8.30 am - 5pm Monday - Friday




Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on behalf of our client - an IT training company based in Manchester City Centre.



Duties will include:




  • Speaking to customers about products and services

  • Identifying the relevant products

  • Creating quotes and negotiating prices

  • Using the internal CRM

  • Offering video demonstrations for customers

  • Dealing with any basic technical queries

  • Working with the helpdesk team to resolve issues efficiently





We are looking for candidates with:




  • Excellent customer service skills

  • A solid work history

  • First class telephone manner

  • Excellent IT skills and the ability to pick up new software quickly

  • Able to work in a busy environment
