Shift work including some Saturdays

Office Angels are recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work for a healthcare company in Manchester City Centre.

The successful candidate will be joining a supportive team and manager with a clear development plan.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Dealing with incoming calls

  • Reception duties

  • Answering queries

  • Booking, amending and cancelling appointments

  • Contacting patients regarding appointments and medicines

  • Sending out information packs to customers

  • Arranging transport

  • Booking meeting rooms

Excellent customer service skills are essential and you must also be presentable and personable. You should have the ability to pick up new systems quickly and work well as part of a team.


37.5 hours per week

Monday - Friday shifts between 8am - 7.30pm

1 Saturday in 4 10am - 2pm


£20,000 - £23,000 dependent on experience
