We are currently working with an innovative British startup brand, who specialise in designing music streaming products, content and experiences to bring families closer together through entertainment. Within the past year they have doubled in size and are now recruiting for a new Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team! This is a fantastic opening to join an ever-growing company, who offer multiple progression opportunities and have a great company culture in place.

About the job role;


JOB TITLE: Customer Service Advisor

JOB TYPE:
Permanent, Full Time



HOURS:
Shifts - 9:00am - 17:30pm & 11.30am - 8.00pm, 1 Saturday every 3-4 weeks

SALARY:
£22,000 - £28,0000 per annum

LOCATION:
London (Currently Remote)

Main function of job



  • Dealing with customer questions, complaints and supporting the customer experience over inbound & outbound calls, emails, social media and review sites

  • Troubleshooting with customers - helping them get the most out of our products

  • Supporting customers and 3rd parties with deliveries, replacements and returns

  • Spotting trends in customer behaviour and suggesting service improvements

  • Administration and customer payments



Experience, knowledge and skills required



  • Eligibility to work in the UK

  • Have at least 1 years' experience in customer service/support

  • Comfortable with software and technology

  • Team leader experience would be desirable but not necessary!

  • Salesforce exposure would be desirable but not necessary

Education and Qualifications:



  • Good GCSE results, C grade or above
