Office Angels have partnered with a rapidly expanding company who are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team. If you are looking to use your customer service skills in an office based environment for a company that value you then this could be your dream job!

Role: Customer Service Advisor

Contract: Permanent | Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Location: Doncaster

Salary & benefits: £20,000pa - £22,000pa + free on site parking + progression opportunities

  • Be the first point of call for customer via phone and email

  • Work as a team to manage a busy inbox with incoming enquiries

  • Processing large volumes of orders on a daily basis

  • Updating the CRM system in an accurate and timely manner

  • Provide administrative support to the business as and when required


  • Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

  • Ability to work in a time critical, fast paced environment

  • Able to work as part of a collaborative team

  • Good IT skills including the use of MS Office
