Location: Wakefield, Parking on Site


Hours: 08:30 -17:00, Monday to Friday, Office Based


Start: ASAP



Our fabulous manufacturing client are looking to add a Customer Service Superstar in their friendly, passionate team.



Based within the friendly and diverse Customer Service department, you will be giving first class Customer Service when answering queries, placing orders and finding out when something hasn't worked out. Not only this, once you settle in, you'll be assigned to some retailers so that you can account manage and build great relationships with them going forwards.

Within your new role as Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:



  • Handling all incoming calls to the department

  • Building relationships with all customers

  • Using product knowledge to help customers with queries

  • Investigate any non-conformities and liaise with other departments to help investigate any issues in line with SLAs

  • Escalate any issues to the Team Leader

  • Assisting Team Leader with any projects and reports



Skills/experience required for this position:



  • Passion for Customer Service

  • Great attention to detail
