Job Title: Customer Service Advisor ***Immediate Start***


Location: Coventry


Working Hours: 9am- 3pm


Weekly Rate: £330 + holiday


Contract Details: Temp To Perm


About Our Client:

Our client is a leading health care organisation dedicated to providing exceptional service to National Health Service patients and customers. They are committed to delivering high-quality care and ensuring positive experiences for their patients.


This could be your next career move:


  • Handle external calls from patients, distributors, and members of the public.

  • Book deliveries for patients and handle queries in line with each health-care policy.

  • Liaise with external delivery agents to resolve delivery queries as required.

  • Respond to internal and external emails promptly and professionally.

  • Process payments for mail order customers.

  • Process customer orders on SAP, raising invoices/credits.

  • Ensure all customer contact is up to date daily on Salesforce.

  • Upsell and update customers on special discounts and offers.

  • Contact lapsed customers to reignite their interest.

  • Assist distributors with booking large orders for delivery.


What we're looking for:


  • Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Previous experience in a customer service role.

  • Proficient in using SAP or similar order processing systems.

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office applications.

  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
