Customer Service Advisor- Construction Supplies

JOB TITLE: Customer Service Advisor


LOCATION:Belvedere


COMPANY: Construction supplies/ Tools


HOURS: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm


SALARY- £21,000- £24,000 per annum


BENEFITS: 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays, pension scheme, Free parking, monthly bonus if company sales targets are hit


We're teaming up witha rapidly growing business,who have recently relocated to Belvedere, to recruit aCustomer Service Advisorto join their team. You will work in a small team of 6 people, handling and resolving the incoming customer queries. Once you are fully trained, hybrid working would be considered too.


Some of your duties will include:


· Responding to customer emails and requests in a timely fashion


· Dealing with customer queries


· Arranging collections for faulty items when necessary


· Providing Proof of Delivery Documents for customers when necessary


· Answering incoming calls as needed


· Ensuring returns are processed quickly and cleared once approved by returns department


· Supporting External Sales Team with quotations, orders and reporting


· Processing Incoming Sales Orders as needed



You are or have;


· A team player


· The ability to learn quickly and have a positive and flexible attitude.


· Good communication and interpersonal skills


· Be open to creative feedback and adjust accordingly


· Previous experience in a customer service role


· Confident telephone manner


· Proficient on Excel
