We are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join a dynamic team in the construction sector. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring clients receive the best possible service, keeping them satisfied and loyal. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary of £26,000- £26,500 per annum.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone, email, and social media platforms

  • Process customer orders via email and phone on Company CRM system

  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues, complaints, and requests

  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer problems

  • Account Manage around 20 regular clients

  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints

  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and product information to ensure accurate and efficient customer service


Desired Skills and Qualifications:



  • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the construction industry

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office applications

  • Knowledge of construction processes and terminology is a plus
