JOB TITLE: Customer Service Advisor


SALARY: £100 - £150 per day

TERM: 6 Months

HOURS: Monday - Friday | 8:30am - 17:30pm | 40 hours per week

TYPE: Hybrid Working - 3 Days in the office in London

START DATE: by 25th September

We have a brand new opportunity for someone looking to continue their career as a Customer Service Advisor. Our client is looking for someone who has previous experience in the same role or similar. You will be joining a thriving business based in London and supporting the Customer Service Teams as well as other divisions. This requires someone with excellent communication skills as you will need be the first point of contact for all internal inquiries as well as customers. The day to day duties in your new job would be:

  • Work as a customer onboarding & support subject matter expert

  • Follow SOPs in order to support customers set up their shipping accounts and start shipping as fast as possible

  • Ensuring deadlines are met for shipper launches, to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve strategic objectives

  • Support shippers and/or internal teams to set up rates, understand how to work with us, set up their operations

  • Proactively working with the company stakeholders to solve shipper issues during onboarding

  • Work to update shipper facing content, map dependencies, review and identify process gaps in the purpose of driving process improvement initiatives to improve the customer experience.

  • Be able to work with qualitative and quantitative data to dive deep into customer onboarding performance, and use this data to build solutions for improvement.

  • Previous experience in Customer Services

  • Ideal background experience in Logistics

  • Proficient in using MS Office

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
