Customer Service Administrator/Supervisor

Office Angels Livingston are collaborating with a market leading food supplier for a Permanent Customer Service Administrator/Supervisor depending on experience. The role is perfect for someone who is a proven and organised Administrator who enjoys providing a high calibre customer service and can motivate and potentially supervise the team depending on your experience. There is also the opportunity to raise the profile of the company's social media presence, so if you have a passion for all things social do apply! Based in West Lothian, salary up to £25,000 per annum depending on experience. The core hours are Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, one Sunday every month on rotation.


Duties include (but not limited to):



  • Answering all incoming calls, emails and handling all order enquiries in a professional and timely manner

  • Taking and processing and inputting of orders

  • Scheduling orders and deliveries

  • Problem solving including handling any customer service or delivery issues

  • Raising company marketing presence and profile across social media platforms

  • Potentially supervising two direct reports - Customer Service Administrators, depending on previous experience

  • Providing regular reporting to the Management Team and ensuring all records are kept up to date


Skills and Experience required:



  • Excellent Microsoft Office, Excel and Word skills are essential

  • Knowledge or experience of Microsoft Dynamics preferable but not essential

  • Ability to learn product and knowledge of product to customers

  • Must have great customer service and communication skills

  • Building good customer knowledge and relationships

  • Naturally organised and can prioritise own workload

  • Works well in a team and on own initiative with potential to supervise/or with supervisory experience
