Customer Service Administrator's starting ASAP! 6 month role!

Office Angels are excited to be seeking two Customer Service Administrator's for a large shipping company, who are based locally in Southampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with outstanding customer service skills and could lead to a temp to perm opportunity!


Working hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and this role is starting ASAP for 6 months! The client offers free onsite parking, a competitive salary plus shift allowance (pro-rata), retention bonus paid at the end of your contract & you will be working in a friendly and modern office.


Key duties will include:



  • Answering a high volume of calls and emails from customers

  • Liaising with the support team and resolving queries

  • Supporting and completing customer on boarding administration

  • Able to take ownership of customer issues and to accurately interpret and communicate detailed customer information

  • Ensure all relevant information is captured in the ticketing system

  • Monitoring status of tickets to ensure timely resolution of customer queries
