Customer Service Administrator

HOURS: 7:30 - 4:30 Monday - Friday

START: ASAP - Willing to wait notice

SALARY: £25,000 - £27,000

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Administrator to take the next step in their career and join a company that encourages progression and development. You will be the first contact for customer service alongside providing sales administrative support to the sales team, working alongside a dedicated team who strive to provide the best customer care on the market place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure customer requests are dealt with in friendly and professional manner

  • Supporting with the opening of new accounts

  • Sales administration

  • Provide pricing and quotes when required

  • Keep all spreadsheets and systems up to date

  • Work closely with other teams and departments to ensure smooth customer experience

The successful candidate will:

  • Have previous experience in customer service and administration

  • Be a great internal and external communicator with a supportive and confident telephone manner

  • Be organised and proactive

  • Experience on Microsoft Office
