Customer Service Administrator
HOURS: 7:30 - 4:30 Monday - Friday
START: ASAP - Willing to wait notice
SALARY: £25,000 - £27,000
LOCATION: Warwick
BENEFITS: 22 days holiday (plus bank holidays), company car or care allowance of £280 per month, free lunch provided daily, private medical insurance.

This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Service Administrator to take the next step in their career and join a company that encourages progression and development. You will be the first contact for customer service alongside providing sales administrative support to the sales team, working alongside a dedicated team who strive to provide the best customer care on the market place.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer requests are dealt with in friendly and professional manner
- Supporting with the opening of new accounts
- Sales administration
- Provide pricing and quotes when required
- Keep all spreadsheets and systems up to date
- Work closely with other teams and departments to ensure smooth customer experience
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience in customer service and administration
- Be a great internal and external communicator with a supportive and confident telephone manner
- Be organised and proactive
- Experience on Microsoft Office
