£22,500 per annum + shift allowance (if applicable) + benefits (see below)

What will the role involve?

This fantastic service team takes calls from their loyal customers and log calls and takes initial details for the . You will work within a team with full training and support.

This inbound role will allow you to use your excellent Customer service skills ability along with your superb communication skills to ensure you are taking information correctly and passing through to service team . You will be required to complete data entry/ administration for each job is up to date and ensure the details are 100% accurate.

- Taking calls, responding to emails, dealing with queries on a daily basis.

No two days are the same and you will be joining a dedicated group of people who are proud to work for this company.

Standard hours are 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday . Additional hours and pay could be picked up (1 in 5 weekends) .Additional hours are also required on a rota basis: 8am-9am and 5pm-6pm. You will receive additional /shift allowance pay for this.

What skills will you need?

To succeed in this position, you will be a natural multi-tasker, efficient, practical and a strong team player. You will have a customer service background this would be a huge advantage and proven skills within dealing with customers and enjoy resolving issues.

You will need the ability to work calmly and be able to manage issues, and try to resolve them on the call.


  • 20 days holiday a year increasing by 1 day for each full year worked (Jan - Dec) up to a maximum of 25 days.
