JOB TITLE: Customer Service Administrator- Travel and Events industry


LOCATION: Woolwich


HOURS: Monday - Friday 9-5:30pm


SALARY: £25,000- £28,000 per annum depending on experience

OFFICE BASED 5 x days a week



We're teaming up with the Director of this fantastic business within the Events Sector who are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to start with them ASAP. The company arrange events both in the UK and internationally and are growing and growing! This position will help manage the day to day for the International Events team. This would be perfect for a candidate who has worked as a Travel Agent but would prefer Monday to Friday office hours!



To be successful in this role, you will be or have;



  • Work experience in the Travel sector is highly beneficial

  • Degree level or equivalent in Travel/ Event Management

  • Super organised and able to juggle multiple projects at once

  • Confident over the phone

  • Computer literate with Word, Excel, Powerpoint and CRM systems

  • Immediate availability is preferential

  • Enthusiastic with great attention to detail


Responsibilities



  • Ensuring the end-to-end customer journey runs smoothly

  • Overseeing social media and updating online registration forms

  • Managing incoming queries via email, phone and web chat

  • Inputting personal information into the system and ensuring the CRM is up to date

  • Creating and sending invoices

  • Changing or amending bookings

  • Liaising with other team members to deliver events smoothly

  • Taking phone and email enquiries
