JOB TITLE: Customer Service Administrator

LOCATION: Tonbridge, Kent

SALARY: £13.50 per hour

TERM: Up to 3 months starting in December

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm - 1 day working from home

Would you like to work for one of our favourite clients who we have recruited for over 5 years? Are you keen to earn money and receive payment on a weekly basis before Christmas and beyond?

You will be working for a highly reputable company based in Tonbridge, Kent. Their modern offices are based a short walk from the train station but also close to shops, cafes and walks. You will receive training and enjoy working with a professional and dedicated team.

The day to day duties in your new job would be:

  • Contacting customers via email to confirm account details are correct

  • Updating the customer database using high levels of accuracy

  • Requesting data and amending relevant information

  • Making internal calls on an occasional basis

  • Using in-house database

We'd love to speak to candidates who have:

  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written

  • A strong command of the English language (spelling and grammar)

  • Good IT skills with great attention to detail

  • Previous customer service experience in an office based environment

  • Immediate availability and happy to commit to a temporary position
