Location: Tilehurst, Reading
Salary: £22,000 - £25,000

Office Angels are proud to be working in partnership with a Property Management organisation in Reading. This role will suit someone who is "customer facing" as well as proactive, well presented and has a lot of charisma.

This role could be for someone who is looking for an office based role (some previous relevant office experience is essential) or equally someone who is looking for a role close to home in Tilehurst who enjoys interacting with people and managing all sorts of queries and administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing internal inbox for the business

  • Dealing with queries and issues from residents

  • Taking cash and cheque payments from residents on a weekly basis

  • Answering incoming phone calls

  • Managing queries from other site

  • Meet and greet potential buyers

  • Building relationships with prospect clients

  • Taking deposits from new buyers

  • Writing correspondence to residents, local authority etc

  • Obtaining PO's for invoices

  • Taking metre readings for resident's properties to create invoices

  • Re brand of social media platforms

  • Other ad hoc administration as requested

About You

  • Well presented, polite and articulate

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Hands on with a "can do" attitude

  • Punctual, passionate work ethic with the desire to succeed

  • Peoples person, excellent listening skills

  • Able to prioritise appropriately

  • Social media experience, updating platforms and enhancing the brand

  • Microsoft Office Skills including word, excel and outlook

  • Able to work independent and as part of a small team

  • Patient and empathetic when necessary
