Customer Service Administrator

We are looking for Customer Service Administrators to join a friendly and welcoming team, being a point of contact for customers and clients and ensuring that service is delivered in a timely and professional manner.




Duties Include:


- Dealing with enquiries over the phone, point of contact for clients and customers


- Booking of appointments with customers to support internal team


- Taking inbound calls and handling email enquiries


- Handling general administration for the department


- Providing the highest level of customer service,



We are looking for candidates who enjoy speaking to customers over the phone, as well as via email, experience working in a busy customer-orientated environment, and who has the ability to provide a high level of customer service at all times.



Modern open plan office and plenty of career progression.



Working hours: 40 hours per week, working on a rota basis, 8am - 4pm and 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday.


The company offer a starting salary of £18750 rising to £23k after 12 months !!
