Customer Service Administrator

Office Angels - Stirling have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join an established team to cover a period of leave. This is a temporary assignment and will run on a week to week basis for a period of 4-6 weeeks with the potential to be extended.


Hours of work are: Mon-Fri 8.45-5.30 with an earlier finish on Friday. This role will be office based.


The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a reactive role and must be confident handling incoming enquiries and complaints and working to strict deadlines.


What you'll do:



  • Provide outstanding customer service to customers by telephone and email

  • Be the first point of contact for escalations and be able to take reasonable steps to resolve the issue within agreed timescales and in a professional manner

  • Liaise with contractors and suppliers regarding works and ensure customers are kept up to date

  • Prepare invoices

  • Collating customer information and update reports.

  • Have a strong knowledge of products and the ability to offer solutions to problems and issues raised by customers.

  • First point of contact for inbound calls from customers and answering enquiries

  • Administration duties to support the Sales team

  • Liaise with various departments to ensure customer queries are dealt with in a timely manner

  • Sourcing specialist contractors as required


What you'll need:



  • Proficiency with all products in MS Office Suite (especially Excel)

  • Customer oriented attitude

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Good written and verbal communication skills

  • Self-motivation and a high work rate coupled with the ability to work on own initiative and think on your feet
