JOB TITLE: Customer Service Administrator - Starting Immediately


LOCATION: Outskirts of Taunton


HOURLY RATE: £9.00 - £9.50 DOE


HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:00pm


We are currently seeking a enthusiastic and well-organised Customer Service Administrator to join a successful and well-established business based on the outskirts of Taunton. This role is starting immediately for a minimum of 9 months, therefore you must be available to start straight away to be considered for the role, you must also have a drivers license and full access to a vehicle due to the location. This role would be suitable for anyone living in Taunton, outskirts of Bridgwater, Chard, Ilminster and surrounding areas.


The successful candidate must have prior customer service and administration experience in an office environment, you will need to have excellent communication and IT skills and be to work well in a team and independently.


Duties will include:



  • Answering calls and taking messages

  • Liaising with customers over the phone and via email

  • Adding jobs on the system

  • Updating the database and several excel spreadsheets

  • Invoicing and taking payments over the phone

  • Filing, scanning and achieving

  • Other administration support
