Salary: £20,000 depending on experience

Job Type: Permanent

Hours: Monday - Friday full time 8:30 - 17:00

Location: Solihull

Job Role:

Our client, a family run business are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to support the office based in Solihull. As the link between the customer and the wider business you will need to ensure excellent communication is achieved. Working in a small team your role will become an integral part.

Job responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:

  • First point of contact for incoming enquires, providing the highest level of customer service

  • Processing customers transactions such as orders and quotes

  • Maintaining and building long-term relationships with customers

  • Monitoring the progress of orders and advising clients of changes at all times

  • Liaising with internal department and external suppliers to process orders

  • Problem solving with any ordering issues

  • Customer service from start to finish

  • Chasing couriers or suppliers

The ideal Customer Service Administrator will possess:

  • EXCELLENT telephone manner and experience of providing 5* Customer Service

  • Be confident with a strong work ethic

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Proficiency in using computer and office software such as Microsoft Excel & Outlook

  • Relevant experience of working in a busy, fast paced environment

  • Very well organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team
