Customer Service Administrator

Office Angels are proud to be working with a leading Manufacturing company based in Romsey, in their search for a Customer Service Administrator. We are seeking a professional, driven, and motivated individual, with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Working hours will be 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday and interviews will be taking place this week.


Key responsibilities in this fantastic position will include:



  • Responding to a high number of customer enquiries through telephone and email, including contract queries, dealing with breakdowns and booking in services for equipment

  • Processing a high volume of orders for customers and engineers

  • Ensuring all breakdown and repair calls are logged on the in house system

  • Liaising with engineers to confirm pick up times and locations

  • Ensuring all administration is compliant and prepared for invoicing
