Customer Service Administrator - Remote

Office Angels are looking for bright and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrators to join a very successful entertainment company.


You will be part of a friendly, customer driven team who enjoy helping customers and are willing to go the extra mile always!


This is a remote based position where you will be supporting the New York Ticketing Operations Team. You will be supporting customers with purchasing and virtually delivering e-tickets for a Seasonal Top New York Theatre show.



JOB ROLE: Customer Service Administrator - Remote


JOB TYPE: Temporary, Part Time


DURATION: ASAP - 2nd January 2022


HOURS: 4 days on, 2 days off for a total of 28 hours per week. Shift patterns consist of 11am-6pm or 6pm -1am. Must be flexible to work weekends.


COMPANY TYPE: Entertainment


LOCATION: Remote only (you will need access to your own computer and mobile device)


PAY RATE: £12.80ph



Job Details:


IMPORTANT NOTE: This job will require work on holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, & New Year's Day.


About the Job



  • Purchase, confirm, and deliver e-tickets in our proprietary inventory management system.

  • Run reports to coordinate the organisation and delivery of tickets.

  • Maintain and utilise organisational methods to sustain ticket volume.

  • Complete nightly checks to ensure accuracy for next day ticket distribution.

  • Complete daily checks to ensure accuracy for same-day ticket distribution.

  • Collaborate with Guest Services to assist with any showtime questions.



About You



  • Access to your own computer and mobile device

  • Previous Box Office, Ticketing, or Theatre Administration experience a plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Drive

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Thrive in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment

  • Highly organised and attentive to detail

  • Team player

  • Open/flexible availability during holidays
