Oa Liverpool Street are excited to be partnered with a furniture manufacturer in the Clerkenwell area, they have 30 years of expertise with worldwide presence specialising in office and public spaces.


We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join their small and close-knit London office. You will be one of the first point of contacts for any product related queries, and you'll be providing clients with expert knowledge on their services. We are looking for someone with exceptional organisational and communication skills, with a positive and professional demeanour.

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:



  • Handle customer inquiries (provide information about the products and services)

  • Assist & supports Sales Team in sales process

  • Prepare quotations for customers to meet the customer needs

  • Register & coordinate of the orders on the system

  • Manage the projects in cooperation with other departments

  • Close cooperation with Head Quarter based abroad

  • Develop and promote a knowledge of the company, evolving products and services


SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:



  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields preferred but not mandatory

  • Ability to work with international teams

  • Good organisational skills/ability to prioritise and multi-task

  • Positive and professional demeanour

  • Excellent written and verbal communication
