Customer Service Administrator

Role: Customer Service Administrator


Type: 12 month contract with full time hours, Monday to Friday


Location: Poole (difficult to access via public transport)


Start date: ASAP


Responsibilities:


Customer Service



  • Dealing with customer B2B & B2C queries (telephone & emails)

  • Developing and improving and owning the customer service guidelines

  • Generating customer statements


Adminstration (including assisting with Finance)



  • Processing orders manually

  • Processing credit notes, invoices, order confirmations etc

  • Assisting with credit control from time to time

  • Updating the customer database

  • Reconciling credit cards to receipts

  • Supporting the Accountant with month end

  • Assisting with credit control from time to time

  • Managing suppliers / sub-contractors / health and safety / other ad hoc office management requirements


You:



  • Positive and flexible attitude to work

  • Excellent experience in Customer Services

  • Previous administration experience ideally within sales administration e.g. processing orders and invoices

  • Available to start a new role immediately
