A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a customer focused administrator to join a well known Training and Consultancy company in Plymouth.


JOB TITLE: Customer Service Administrator


LOCATION: Plymouth


HOURS: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday


SALARY: £18, 000 - £19, 000 Per Annum Dependent on Experience

THE COMPANY: This training and consultancy company, who are nationally recognised for their outstanding client service, are looking for a new member to join their friendly team in Plymouth. Established for many years, this company delivers a range of services across a number of industries and has an impressive portfolio of clients across the country.


THE ROLE: Working within the Sales and Customer Service Team you will be the first point of contact for existing and new clients, providing a welcoming and professional service. You will also liaise with internal teams regarding client requirements helping to resolve all issues and queries.


WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:



  • Answering phone calls and responding to email enquiries

  • Acting as initial point of contact providing information on the company's products and services to existing and prospective clients alike

  • Transferring calls to the respective departments

  • Taking bookings from clients, checking availability, inputting these onto the system, taking payment and sending confirmation

  • Liaising with internal teams to resolve queries for clients

  • Supporting with sales team admin


WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:



  • Excellent customer service and client care

  • Ability to build a rapport with clients and provide an excellent level of service

  • Ability to think on your feet and deal with a variety of situations

  • Initiative and can do approach to work

  • Ability to work independently

  • Polite, friendly and professional telephone manner

  • Good computer skills (including Microsoft word and database management)
