We are excited to be working with this client once again in 2021. This fast-growing organisation is looking to take on a Customer Service Advisor for their payments team. This is your opportunity to join a fun and vibrant team of professionals who will motivate you to excel in your role. Your role is to ensure that the needs of their customers are satisfied.


The role demands a well-organised person, capable of managing their time in all general duties and day to day tasks. You must be a good communicator and have strong numeracy and literacy skills, be computer literate and have experience with word-processing, spreadsheets, and email.


As you progress through your role full training will be provided and you will be expected to learn about and rise to the challenges of the organisation's products and services.


Key responsibilities include:



  • Provide excellent customer experience by communicating courteously via telephone, email and letter

  • Investigate and solve customer billing concerns, handling any issues through to resolution to provide our customers with a consistent, personal touch

  • Provide help and advice to customers using our organisation's products and services

  • Maintain procedures within the team such as BACS payments, Direct Debits, Invoicing, Debt Management and Suspensions

  • Monitoring multiple inboxes responding to all queries efficiently

  • Mail adminsitration

  • Following up to customers interactions

  • Adhere to operational standards

  • Maintenance of database

  • To liaise with customers for enquires and handling complaints
