Position: Customer Service Administrator
Location: Nottingham NG2
Hours: 8.30 - 17.30 No weekends, 1 Hour lunch

CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR - IMMEDIATE START!


We are excited to be assisting a well-established, multi award winning company in their search for a Customer Service Administrator!



Do you pride yourself on providing outstanding customer service?



Do you have experience in organising a busy workload? Building good customer relationships, and problem solving?

Key responsibilities will include:



  • Answering incoming calls & handling customer enquiries, taking control of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution.

  • Liaising with different people in the business, whether it be with engineers to regarding workloads, to booking hotels, trains

  • Uploading on to the system, such as call logs and purchase orders

  • Compile daily and weekly reports for circulation within the Senior Leadership Team to keep internal stakeholder informed on team activity.

  • Provide same day responses to customers on emails and keep their portal up to date so an invoice can be produced

  • Assist with planning and scheduling



About you:



  • Be able to demonstrate a proactive approach to work

  • The ability to build a rapport with customers

  • Listening and communication skills to fully understand your customer

  • Time management

  • Knowledge of administration procedures

  • IT skills such as Microsoft packages and emails
