Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm or 9am- 5pm
Immediate start - Ongoing temp role
Northampton Town Centre


  • To act as the main point of contact for parents regarding school buses

  • To ensure all the correct information is sent to (and collected back in from) parents who wish to sign up for the bus service for their children

  • To be responsible for all correspondence coming in via email ensuring that any daily changes are processed in time

  • Responsible for sending text messages to parents in the event of delays to the bus service or other incidents

Please note that this role is based in Northampton town centre - there is no parking onsite
