It is a fast paced role with opportunities to grow into various other positions within the business as the company evolves and expands.

Our phone lines are open 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday, meaning your evenings and weekends are your own (they are very sociable though so if you want to spend some of that free time with us them won't hear us complaining!) They also know sometimes you can't beat the comfort or convenience of being in your own home, so they offer a hybrid working policy - they'd love to see you in the office 3 days a week but the other 2 are flexible based on your own preference.


What do we need from you?



  • Let's be honest, most of your time is going to be spent on the phone or speaking with our customers via email, so you need to be an excellent verbal and written communicator - confident, professional and approachable.

  • You also need to be able to manage and take ownership of a busy workload.

  • They're looking for people who thrive in, and are able to contribute to, a hardworking and dynamic team, and who have a willingness to learn, develop and build on feedback.


Ultimately, they care much more about the person you are, how you think and approach things, than a list of qualifications and buzzwords on a CV. Even if you can't say 'yes' to all the above, but are smart, self-motivated and passionate about delivering a great experience to their customers then you could be just what they are looking for.
