Our client, a prestigious medical society, is seeking diligent and personable Customer Service Administrator to join Central London team on a temporary basis!
In this role, you will support the Digital Engagement Manager and Website Project Team with the final stages of the company website redevelopment. You will assist the team to provide excellent customer service by tackling technical login queries by users, answering questions about the new brand, and assisting with ad hoc content migration to the new website.

Location: Central London (Closest station Chancery Lane)
Pay: £13 - £14.50 per hour
Main Areas of responsibility:
- Technical Assistance
- Customer Service
- General administration
Technical Assistance:
- Address login queries for the new site in a timely manner
- Communicate with manager to ensure the team understands the volume of queries
Customer Service:
- Direct users to appropriate areas of the new website or the relevant team, and explain branding decisions where appropriate.
- Act as a representative of the College in communications with our members, upholding the standards we set ourselves
- Communicate with manager to ensure the team understands the volume and nature of any web- or brand-related questions and complaints
General:
- Maintain documentation on all activities carried out.
- Maintain and manage records in accordance with RCR's data protection policy and guidance.
- Ensure that all activities are fully compliant with and contribute to the development of information governance policies and procedures across the College as part of the information management programme.
- Ad-hoc content migration and admin as necessary
About You:
You will be enthusiastic about digital marketing and seeking experience in the area. You will be confident in your proofreading abilities and communicate well with colleagues.
Skills & Experience
- Confident customer service skills, able to think quickly under pressure
- Quick learner, able to pick up systems and ways of working easily
- Experience of using CMS
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to build good working relations within a team
- Ability to multitask and manage a busy workload with support from manager
