Office Angels are currently recruiting for a customer service administrator on behalf of our client based in Manchester city centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has worked in an educational or training setting. The working hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm.




Duties will include:




  • You will be the main point of contract for all incoming calls from clients and students.

  • Providing appropriate advice and guidance to all enquiries.

  • Maintaining student and client records with course booking data, exam results data, taking payment/invoicing and dispatch of material required, as necessary.

  • Working with the Senior Management and other stakeholders, you will help deliver high quality service to the clients.

  • The gathering and collation of feedback from students and clients.

  • Support with course enrolment, handle student queries and manage access issues.

  • Dealing with email correspondence, answering incoming calls, and scheduling appointments.



We are looking for candidates with:



  • Experience of administrative/customer service within an office environment

  • Ideally looking for someone in an educational or training setting.

  • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Confident and professional in dealing with clients and colleagues.

  • Strong organisational, problem solving and time management skills.
