Customer Service Administrator

London Bridge Office Angels are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join a very successful digital platform based near London Bridge.


You will be part of a friendly, customer driven team who are willing to go the extra mile always and ensure a fantastic service is provided. This will be email based.


London Bridge | Monday - Friday | 9am - 5:30pm | £12.80ph | Remote | Start Immediately



Responsibilities:



  • Advise and help customers with any enquiries

  • proactively completing tickets logged with the customer service team

  • Sending email correspondence

  • Processing refunds

  • Processing vouchers

  • this is a email based customer service team



Requirements:



  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Excellent administration skills

  • Excellent and enthusiastic communication skills at all levels

  • Able to work as part of a team and also in a standalone position

  • Strong initiative and proactive working manner
