Customer Service Administrator

Role details and responsibilities:




  • Collecting balances from customers

  • Answering calls and liaising with Customer Service Manager

  • Managing customer data onto Excel spreadsheets

  • Emailing customers with information such as delivery schedules, product care emails

  • Preparing price lists

  • Checking invoices
