Customer Servce Administrator - Immediate start - Whiteley


We have a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to join a growing Telecommunications company, based in Whiteley.


If you have excellent communication skills, are immediately available for work and want to progress within a successful company, we would love to hear from you!


Key duties will include:
* Handling and resolving customer queries
* Updating and maintaining the CRM system
* Accurately processing customers orders
* Liaising with the sales team to coordinate the supply and delivery of products
* Preparing reports and documentation for customer meetings and following up on action points
* General administration support


Working hours will be shifts 9:30am - 6pm & 8:30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. This is a temporary to permanent position.
