We are supporting a leading and friendly company based locally in Havant, in their search for a Customer Service Administrator to provide an outstanding service to their clients.
If you have excellent communication skills, are proactive and a confident problem solver, we would love to hear from you! Working hours are 7am - 4pm or 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

What you will be doing…
- Being the first point of contact for client enquiries
- Assisting with questions on orders
- Taking new orders and updating the bespoke system
- Updating customers on deliveries
- Administration support
To be successful in this role you'll have…
- Previous customer service experience
- Confident Microsoft office suite skills
- Fantastic organisation and prioritisation skills
