Job Title: Customer Service Administrator *Great culture + on site gym*

Location: Whitstable (free parking)

Salary: £20,700 (£1k+ Company profit related bonus each year)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm with 1 hour for lunch AND 1 hour a day to use the on site gym

Responsibilities as a Customer Service Administrator:

  • Answering telephone calls and responding to customer enquiries

  • Processing orders

  • Liaising with couriers regarding delivery times

  • Providing excellent customer service

Skills & attributes required for this position:

  • Excellent communication skills via telephone, electronic and in person

  • The ability to listen and have empathy for the customers' and internal colleagues needs

  • Great email writing skills

  • A working knowledge of Microsoft applications
