Job Title: Customer Service Assistant

Salary: £24,000-26,000 per annum

Location: Sydenham

Hours: 9am-6pm / 8am-5pm / 8:30am-5:30pm

Contract: Permanent

Start date: ASAP

� Data entry for the accounts team

� Completing customer returns paperwork by liaising with various departments across the company.

Raising credit notes for customer returns.

� Manage and track courier claims

� Handling phone calls and distributing as necessary / acting as reception alongside another team member

� Arranging supplier returns.

� Handling claims from external suppliers.

� Directing the requests and solving outstanding queries to the customers accounts.

� Manage internal spreadsheets for customer queries, complaints and comments.

� Support the dynamic internal sales team as requested.

� Ad Hoc Administration duties as required.

� Sending POD's to customers.

� Processing Sales Orders as required.

Is this you?

� Good, quick computer skills, Solid grasp of basic computer systems - Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel, CRM, etc.

� Proficient in Power Point.

� Solve problems without stress - cool head.

� Polite and friendly telephone manner.

� Proactive - can use your own initiative to solve tasks.

� Organisational skills.

� Great attention to detail.
