Office Angels are seeking a driven and motivated Customer Service Administrator to join a leading manufacturing company based locally in Eastleigh, to provide a high level of customer service & administrative support including diary management, organising meetings, assisting with patient documentation and preparing weekly reports.



This is a ongoing temporary position starting ASAP, working 37.5 hours per week with flexibility!



Key responsibilities will include:




  • Customer service support




  • Answering phones




  • Taking messages





  • Processing orders on the bespoke system


  • Providing excellent customer service




  • General admin support




To be successful for this role, you will need:



  • Fantastic communication skills

  • To be highly organised and work well under pressure

  • To be a confident user of Microsoft office suite
