We are delighted to be working with a client based in Christchurch with very modern offices and on-site parking.

Due to great growth this year they are looking for a brand new team member.

The role will include:

  • Provide response and assistance to clients across the globe following dedicated standard procedures.

  • Accurately record data and relevant details of a /case

  • Be familiar with our client's procedure requirements.

  • Use the dedicated case management system and Microsoft office platforms

You will be someone who enjoys working at a fast pace, loves learning new technology and procedures, a natural problem solver with a detailed approach.

Hours: Due to being an international company you will be required to work day and night hours
